Checked in and got a nicely decorated room. The staff were super friendly. Liked the bicycle rental option. The bathroom radiator didn’t work, but they fixed it quickly.

Limited complimentary drinks-just Green Tea on offer, though I did manage to snag some decaf coffee after asking. The car park charges a £5 fee for overnight stays, which seemed off, considering usual practices at other spots. The hotel's location feels detached, with no local attractions within walking distance.

I had a fantastic stay and appreciated the generous room size along with its immaculate cleanliness, while being just around the corner from Anne Hathaway's Cottage made my weekend strolls truly delightful.

burnside is in a perfect location, just a 5-minute walk to ann hathaway's cottage. the deluxe double room was exceptionally clean with a comfy bed, powerful shower, and lovely soft towels. the staff were friendly and helped make our stay relaxing.

we stayed one night at burnside and were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade. the location is perfect for exploring the area. the staff was super accommodating, especially during my wife’s mum’s birthday afternoon tea, which was delicious and beautifully presented.

I stayed at Burnside for one night. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the town center. Room decor impressed me—charming and cozy. The bed felt wonderful, allowing for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was good, but I expected more variety. the options were limited. The service was friendly, but I had an issue with the radiator in the bathroom—it didn't work. the staff quickly addressed the problem, which I appreciated. it was a pleasant night despite a few small hiccups.

Reception hours are inconvenient, making check-in feel unwelcoming!!! Check-in at 4 PM and check-out at 10:30 AM feels like a scam for the price!!! Parking fee adds insult to injury at this rate!!!
